As heating technology continues to advance, more and more people are choosing heated jackets for outdoor activities like skiing, biking, motorcycling, and more.

How Do Heated Jackets Work?

Venustas heated jackets are equipped with built-in heating elements embedded in the lining, powered by rechargeable batteries to keep you warm. With just a press of the heating button located on the front of the jacket, you can easily adjust the temperature to stay cozy and comfortable in any condition.

How Long Do Heated Jackets Last?

The heating duration of a jacket largely depends on its battery. With ongoing advancements in battery technology, Venustas offers four battery options to suit different needs and preferences:

Venustas 5K Battery

Lightweight and compact, this battery offers impressive performance without adding bulk. It powers 7.4V heated apparel with 5 heating zones for up to 10 hours—ideal for those who value portability and convenience.

Venustas 7.5K Battery

With a larger capacity, this battery extends runtime to as long as 13 hours for 7.4V heated apparel with 5–6 heating zones. It’s a great balance between weight and battery life, perfect for longer outdoor activities.

Venustas 10K Battery

Our most powerful option, the 10K battery delivers up to 20 hours of warmth for most 7.4V heated apparel—and up to 30 hours for models with 3 heating zones. It also doubles as a power bank, capable of charging an iPhone 15 or Galaxy S10 up to four times.

How to Use Your Venustas Heated Jacket?

Step 1: Fully charge the battery

Before using your heated jacket for the first time, make sure to fully charge the battery.

Step 2: Connect the battery to the heated jacket

Once the battery is charged, connect it to your Venustas heated jacket. When connected correctly, the power button on your jacket will flash red, white, and blue for 3 seconds.

    • For the 5K battery, there are two DC output ports—one for 7.4V heated apparel and one for other electronic devices.

    • The 7.5K and 10K batteries feature three output ports that support 7.4V heated apparel, 12V heated apparel, and other devices.

Step 3: Turn on the heated jacket

To power on the jacket, press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds. The button will blink red, indicating that the jacket is in preheat mode. After 5 minutes, it will automatically switch to medium heat (white light) to conserve energy.

Each level offers a different temperature and heating duration to suit your needs.

Step 5: Turn off the heated jacket

When you're done, press and hold the power button again for 3–5 seconds until the LED light turns off.
