Warranty Coverage

For purchases made directly through the Venustas official website:

• Heating Elements: 3-Year Limited Warranty (Venustas Official Website Only)
• Battery: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

 

This updated warranty policy applies to all orders placed on or after January 1, 2025.

For purchases made before January 1, 2025, the previous warranty terms still apply:

• Heating Elements: 2-Year Limited Warranty (Venustas Official Website Only)
• Battery: 1-Year Limited Warranty

 

Warranty Conditions

1. Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all warranty claims.
2. Eligibility: The warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. use.

Venustas's limited warranty applies to all BRAND NEW items sold by venustas.com,Amazon, and other authorized dealers.

 

Proof Of Original Purchase

This limited warranty applies to the product from the date of original purchase.Therefore, the owner must furnish proof of original purchase at retail for the consumer warranty.

For the commercial warranty, the owner must furnish proof of original purchase at retail or from a distributor. For subsequent purchasers,the date the first user acquired the product will apply as the original purchase.For subsequent purchasers, the date the first user acquired the product will apply as the original purchase.

 

Gift

If you know the purchaser's name, email and order number, you can enjoy the same warranty as the purchaser does. To claim your warranty, you can directly fill in the Warranty Claim Form below with the purchase information.

 

Warranty Exclusions

Wear and tear of the garment, such as fabric, zippers and other accessories are not covered under warranty. Under no circumstances will Venustas or the manufacturer be liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including water damage) resulting from the product, whether or not the product is found to be covered by this warranty. Damage to the heating system and parts resulting from misuse, not following washing instructions, flood, accidental fire, unauthorized service or negligence as outlined herein will void the warranty. This warranty does not cover commercial use.
