To redeem points, sign into your account, click on the Heatwave Rewards icon in the upper right corner of your browser.Redeem points by clicking on "Ways to redeem" and choose your favorite reward.

When you do this, you will receive a coupon code to use with your order in our store.Coupon codes can only apply on full-price items and can not be combined with other discounts.

These are member tiers that come with different member perks and benefits. Based on the total spent on https://venustas.com, you will automatically enter different tiers:

• Heatwave Elite from $300-$799
• Heatwave Expert from $800+
