    Nice Warm Coat

    I'm 5' & 117#, ordered an XS. I can wear a sweatshirt and the coat still fits nicely and isn't to tight. I only gave 4 stars simply because the button is sewn on the inside of the fleece layer :/ In order to turn it on or see what heat setting you are on you'll need to unzip a little and reach in to do so. Other coats I've noticed have the button right on the outside and you can see what color setting you're on.

    Super warm coat

    This coat on its own is very warm and cozy. The option to heat up is just an excellent bonus! It is easy to use, comfy, and perfect for those cold winter months. I walk dogs during the winter and needed something to really keep me warm. This will do the trick for sure. I got a small. I’m 5’6 125lbs and it’s a great fit - not too big but I still have room to wear a big sweater underneath.

    Love It

    I’ve had this for a day and so far I love it. It’s comfortable and it gets nice and warm. I’ll see how it holds up against the winter, but so far I’m warm on this chilly morning, had to turn the heat setting to low cuz I got too warm even. The battery pack sits in the front left pocket, but isn’t bulky and I hardly notice it. I like that I can take the heated fleece out and wear it by itself or with another coat if I wanted. The sleeves are long enough to pull my hands in when I get cold, but not too long that they get in the way and they have adjustable tightening with Velcro. Glad I bought this :) I think I’ll buy a backup battery pack so I can swap them out when one dies So I don’t have to wait to recharge. I got a small and I’m 5’5” 136lbs for reference.

    Warm and comfy

    I really like this jacket. Especially since I can separate the liner and use it separately or with other jackets. First I ordered large which was too big but the company had a hassle free return and exchange. I was very happy with the service. I’ve been using this jacket for skiing and snowshoeing since I got it in January and I’ve been very happy. It’s a little bit heavy because of the battery but it doesn’t feel like it when you’re wearing it. The battery seems to hold a charge and works well as expected. The only issue I had was the elastic stitching on the cuffs came on done and the zipper that holds the battery pack broke I waited to give the rating because I wanted to wear the jacket many times to give a true review. I am 5ft 6. 160 pound female and I bought a size medium fits perfect. Plenty a room and comfy. Like I said the only issue was the sleeve cuffs but the cops have Velcro and the Velcro is probably the best strongest Velcro I’ve ever had on a jacket. The jacket also Velcro‘s close around the zipper which works amazingly.

Yes, our heated jackets are completely safe. However, please ensure the jacket is fully dry before using the heating function. Additionally, if you have a cardiac device, we recommend consulting with your doctor or the pacemaker manufacturer before use.

Yes, they are hand-washable or machine-washable. If machine washing, please use a laundry bag (not included) to protect the internal cables. Please air dry naturally and do not use a dryer.

Yes, our heated jackets are TSA-friendly. Both the power bank and the jacket can be taken on a plane. However, if you check your jacket in, you must remove the power bank and carry it with you in your carry-on luggage.

To turn on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The apparel will begin to preheat for 5 minutes (blinking red LED), then automatically adjust to medium heat (white LED). To turn off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the LED turns off. Please unplug the battery if not in use for an extended period.
