Yes, our heated vests are safe. However, please ensure not to use the heating function until the vest is completely dry. Additionally, if you have a cardiac device, it is advisable to consult with your doctor or the pacemaker manufacturer before using a heated vest.

Can I wash the heated vest?

Hand washable or machine washable. If machine washing, please use a laundry bag (not included) to prevent the washing machine from damaging the cable. Please dry naturally, do not use the dryer.

Can I take a heated vest on a plane?

Yes, our heated vests are TSA-friendly. Both the power bank and the heated vest can be taken on the plane. However, please note that if you need to check in the heated vest, remember to take out the power bank and carry it with you.

Can I wear a heated vest on an airplane?

Yes, both our heated vests and battery can be taken on the plane. Generally, you can use its heating function on the plane. However, you should always follow the specific guidelines and requirements of the airline.

High: 2.5-3H, Medium: 5-5.5H, Low: 8-9H (All heating areas working).

How to choose the right size?

What power bank for heated vest?

To ensure better results and a longer service life of the heated vest, please use our special Venustas-6000 power bank.

How to turn on heated vest?

To turn on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The apparel will begin to preheat for 5 minutes (blinking red LED). Then it will automatically adjust to medium heat (white LED). To turn off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until LED turns off. Unplug the battery if not to be used for a long time.

Vest itself is very nice; quality workmanship. Gets nice and warm. I wish the battery lasted longer and took less time to recharge. Takes about 4 hours to recharge.

The heated fleece vest is a great find here. Had backorder issue at first, but this company went all out to get me what I needed with an alternative. I would normally wear size 3XL. But they run small. Went with size 5XL and it fits perfect. Purchaser needs to measure themselves and look at provided sizing list. That works fine. Very impressed with the check in calls to provide updates and trouble shooting. Received the vest and looking forward to keeping toasty warm in the remaining winter and for next fall and winter too! I recommend Venusta as a company, for it's customer focused support and for a great product.
