Yes, our heated vests are safe. However, please ensure not to use the heating function until the vest is completely dry. Additionally, if you have a cardiac device, it is advisable to consult with your doctor or the pacemaker manufacturer before using a heated vest.

Can I wash the heated vest?

Hand washable or machine washable. If machine washing, please use a laundry bag (not included) to prevent the washing machine from damaging the cable. Please dry naturally, do not use the dryer.

Can I take a heated vest on a plane?

Yes, our heated vests are TSA-friendly. Both the power bank and the heated vest can be taken on the plane. However, please note that if you need to check in the heated vest, remember to take out the power bank and carry it with you.

Can I wear a heated vest on an airplane?

Yes, both our heated vests and battery can be taken on the plane. Generally, you can use its heating function on the plane. However, you should always follow the specific guidelines and requirements of the airline.

How long does the heated vest last?

High: 2.5-3H, Medium: 5-5.5H, Low: 8-9H (All heating areas working).

What power bank for heated vest?

To ensure better results and a longer service life of the heated vest, please use our special Venustas-6000 power bank.

How to turn on heated vest?

To turn on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The apparel will begin to preheat for 5 minutes (blinking red LED). Then it will automatically adjust to medium heat (white LED). To turn off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until LED turns off. Unplug the battery if not to be used for a long time.

Money Well Spent – Perfect for Cold Infusion Rooms!

I wore this heated vest today for the first time during my 5-hour monthly infusion. The infusion center is always freezing, and even with several warm blankets piled on me, I’m still cold from the air conditioning and the icy medicine running through my veins. This vest was a game changer! It kept me warm and toasty the entire time — no shivering, no discomfort, just steady, cozy warmth. The fleece is soft and comfortable, and the heat settings let me adjust perfectly throughout the treatment. I honestly wish I had bought this vest years ago. It made a huge difference in how tolerable those long hours in the chair feel. If you get cold easily or spend time in chilly environments, this is worth every penny. Receiving the item that was wrong size and wrong materials.

It was for the Birthday gift which was ruined. They shipped after I have shipped the item back to them which took a week. I just received the item after 2 weeks. This time the item is wrong size again. I wanted a 'Small' got ' Medium' first time, and now I've got 'Large'. Bad service! I guess I will have to wait another 2 weeks for the third time, or am I going to get 'X-large'?
