Venustas Unveils Volcano™ Pro as its Most Powerful Heated Vest Yet

Venustas announces the Volcano™ Pro Dual-Battery 12V Heated Vest, its most powerful heated vest to date. Designed for demanding outdoor conditions, the vest combines up to 41W of heating power, six heating zones, dual-battery performance and optional 12V vehicle power compatibility to deliver dependable warmth for extended time outdoors.

“After years of developing heated apparel, we kept hearing the same concerns from customers: they wanted more warmth and longer battery life,” said Michael Li, CEO of Venustas. “With Volcano™ Pro, we set out to push beyond the limits of a traditional heated vest by combining more power, broader heat coverage and flexible power options for people who need reliable warmth in demanding conditions.”

More Power, Broader Coverage

Delivering up to 41W of heating power, Volcano™ Pro provides up to four times the output of typical heated apparel operating at around 10W. Six heating zones cover the collar, both sides of the chest, both sides of the upper back and the lower back, providing warmth across key areas of the upper body. The vest is designed for demanding cold-weather use, including conditions as low as -40°F when appropriately layered and used under suitable conditions.

Dual Batteries and 12V Vehicle Power

Two 7,500mAh batteries provide a combined capacity of 108Wh. Each battery can power the vest independently, while using both delivers up to 11 hours of heat, depending on the heat setting and operating conditions.

For extended outdoor activities, the built-in DC power lead connects with an optional Y-cable system, allowing the Volcano™ Series to run from compatible 12V power sources on motorcycles, snowmobiles and ATVs. A soft graphene-blend lining made from 96% polyester and 4% spandex supports comfort and flexibility, while functional pockets provide convenient storage for batteries and outdoor essentials.
