    Excellent service

Great jacket, perfect for keeping you warm in the rink. Had an issue with the jacket as it stopped working and the Venustas team went above and beyond to resolve. They responded the next day and a replacement was sent within 2 weeks. Their customer service is excellent and they reply very quickly to any emails.

    Would highly recommend.

    Great Jacket, Decent Heating Element

I have three kids that play hockey so my wife really loves this jacket when we go to the rinks. It keeps her warm and happy. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who doesn't enjoy the cold weather. The company has great customer service and will resolve any issues you may have quickly and to your satisfaction no questions ask.

    Looks great and very warm

This jacket is very well-made and offers a great fit. It's also very warm. The battery is cleverly hidden in an inside pocket, and the jacket features an adjustable hood and fleece-lined pockets. The manufacturer was extremely efficient and quick in addressing our heating issue. The matter was resolved within a few days, and they sent a new jacket. I give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service. The extra-small size fits perfectly.
